AcceleraRomar Division Acquired in Management-Led Buyout
Name Changed to Red Nucleus

Hamilton, NJ, January 2, 2008 - AcceleraRomar's clinical training division announced today that it was acquired in a management-led buyout from Alpha Genesis, LLC, and is immediately changing its name to Red Nucleus. All assets of the division, including off-the-shelf training programs, were acquired by Ian Kelly and Andrew Howe, who are assuming the titles of President and Chief Operating Officer, respectively.

"Our buyout will have many benefits for our clients," stated Red Nucleus President Ian Kelly. "With our new structure we will be much more nimble and efficient in the development of our programs. Additionally, we plan to greatly increase our R&D to ensure that we are leading the innovation in pharmaceutical sales training."
